Water, Modified Starch, Double Cream (4.5%)(from Milk), Onion, Parsley (2.5%), Butter (from Milk), Skimmed Milk Powder, Fish Extract (Fish, Flavouring, Salt, Maltodextrin), Salt, Lemon, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Black Pepper, Lemon Zest.
1. Pour contents into a small saucepan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring.

Shake pouch gently. Tear off top of pouch and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Stir, leave to stand for 1 minute and ensure piping hot before serving.

For a delicious risotto, fry 225g (8oz) arborio rice in a saucepan with 1 tbs oil, for 1 minute. Stir in 300ml (½ pint) water, 150ml (¼ pint) milk and the sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 225g (8oz) asparagus tips and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in 225g (8oz) cooked prawns and warm through.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
