For our recipe you will need...
1 tbs oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
125g (5oz) baby sweetcorn, halved lengthways
75g (3oz) mangetout
150ml (1/4 pint) semi-skimmed milk
1 pack of wraps
1. Heat oil and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until browned.
2. Add onion, sweetcorn and mangetout for a further 3-4 minutes.
3. Combine sachet contents with the milk and add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Serve in warm wraps.
