Great served with grilled Halloumi cheese, Greek yogurt ot Hummous with a squeeze of lemon.

For our recipe you will need...
1 tbs oil
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 courgette, diced
400g tin chickpeas, drained
1 tbs tomato purée
150ml (1/4 pint) water
1 pack of wraps or flatbreads
1. Heat oil and fry onion, peppers and courgette for 4-5 minutes.
2. Add chickpeas and tomato purée, heat through for a further 2 minutes.
3. Combine the sachet contents with the water and add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve in warm wraps or flatbreads.
