Coconut Squares with Cinnamon
Coconut Cinnamon Squares
- 1 Place condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Sieve icing sugar and stir into the milk. Add coconut and mix well.
- 2 Divide paste into two halves. Press one half into a small baking tin lined with greaseproof paper and greased well with butter.
- 3 Add Cinnamon to remaining mixture and knead until thoroughly combined. Press on top of the unspiced layer.
- 4 Place in refrigerator to set completely before cutting into squares and placing in sweet cases.
