2 large pizza bases

125 millilitre (4 fluid ounce) tomato and basil pasta sauce, or passata.

100 grams (4 ounces) mozzarella in cubes

10 mushrooms, sliced

1 green bell pepper, diced into 1/4 inch cubes

2 tablespoons Oregano

- 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6
- 2 Using an upturned glass or cookie cutter, cut rounds in the large pizza bases to make mini pizza bases.
- 3 Cover each circle with a spoon of tomato pizza sauce.
- 4 Place a piece of mozzarella, cubes of pepper and a few slices of mushrooms.
- 5 Sprinkle with Oregano.
- 6 Bake for 10 minutes.
