Sesame Loaf
Ingredients

275 millilitre (9 fluid ounce) water

450 gram (11 pound) strong white bread flour

1 ½ tablespoons dried milk powder

1 ½ Sea Salt

25 gram butter

½ teaspoon easy blend dried yeast

2 teaspoon sugar

1 ½ teaspoon Sesame Seed

Instructions
- 1 Place the water, flour, milk, Salt, sugar, butter and yeast into the bread pan.
- 2 Insert bread pan into the bread maker and select a basic bread making programme.
- 3 After machine has finished kneading add the Sesame Seeds.
- 4 At the end of the cycle, remove the bread pan using an oven glove and turn loaf out onto a cooling rack.
