Beef in Peppercorn Sauce

450 gram (1 pound) frying steak, cut into strips

2 tablespoons soured cream

100 gram (4 ounce) button mushrooms, halved

2 teaspoon cornflour

150 millilitre (¼ pint) beef stock

1 tablespoons Black Peppercorns Mill

1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard

1 tablespoons oil

Sea Salt
Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 2 Blend the cornflour with the stock and add to the pan with the Peppercorns, mustard and Salt. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Stir in the cream.
- 3 Serve with rice.
