Cajun Rice with Beef

1 tablespoons olive oil

450 gram (1 pound) minced beef

1 red pepper, diced

125 gram (5 ounce) celery, sliced

3 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

125 gram (5 ounce) long grain rice

475 millilitre (16 fluid ounce) water

1 bunch spring onions, sliced

Schwartz Sea Salt to season

Instructions
- 1 Toss in the pepper and celery and cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- 2 Sprinkle in the Perfect Shake Cajun Herb & Spice Blend and add the rice, cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- 3 Stir in the water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked. Stir in the spring onions and serve.
- 4 Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the mince for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain any excess liquid.
