Ingredients
  • 450 gram (1 pound) minced beef

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

  • 425 gram (15 ounce) tin kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée

  • 1 beef stock cube

  • 150 millilitre (1/4 pint) water

Instructions

  • 1 Fry the onion, beef and Chilli powder in a large saucepan until browned.
  • 2 Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
