Double Burger
Ingredients

125 grams (5 ounces) mayonnaise

4 teaspoons French’s yellow mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 teaspoons pickle juice (from a gherkin jar)

8 prepared burger patties

8 teaspoons Schwartz All-American Burger Seasoning

4 burger buns, split

2 gherkin pickles, sliced

1 small onion, finely chopped

4 large lettuce leaves, shredded

Add cheese slices to each patty in the last minute of grilling for double cheeseburger.
Instructions
- 1 1. Pre-heat the barbecue.
- 2 2. For the secret sauce, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and pickle juice. Cover and refrigerate, then set aside.
- 3 3. Season the burgers all over with the All-American Burger Seasoning.
- 4 4. Grill the burgers according to the package directions. Grill the buns, split side down for 1-1½ minutes or until lightly toasted.
- 5 5. Place one grilled burger patty on a toasted bottom bun. Top with pickles, onions and a spoonful of the secret sauce. Top with another patty, more secret sauce and shredded lettuce. Cap with the top bun.
