Easy Spaghetti Bolognese
450 gram (1 pound) extra lean beef mince
1 onion, diced
100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, sliced
1 sachet Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe Mix
400 gram tin chopped tomatoes
275 gram (10 ounce) spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 Stir in sachet contents and tomatoes. Bring to the boil, stirring.
- 2 Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cooked spaghetti.
- 3 Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
- 4 Brown mince beef and onion for 4-5 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
