Quick Chilli Stew
Ingredients

450 gram (1 pound) lean minced beef

1 onion, finely chopped

1 sachet Hot Chilli Con Carne Mix

225 gram (8 ounce) potatoes, cooked and diced

400 gram (14 ounce) tin, mixed beans, rinsed and drained

400 gram (14 ounce) tin, chopped tomatoes, drained

pinch Flat Leaf Parsley

Instructions
- 1 Dry fry the beef and onions in a large non-stick frying pan for five minutes or until the meat has browned.
- 2 Add the sachet contents, potatoes, mixed beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with plenty of rice and garnished with a sprinkling of Parsley.
