300 millilitre (½ pint) water

- For a perfect winter evening meal cook tender chicken breasts in this savoury sauce with herbs and onion.
Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
- 2 Heat oil, soften onion and carrots. Add chicken and brown for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a casserole dish.
- 3 Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
- 4 Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
