4 skinless chicken breasts

1 onion, diced

1 sachet Chicken Chasseur Mix

300 millilitre (½ pint) water

175 gram (6 ounce) button mushrooms

- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
- 2 Heat oil and soften onion. Add chicken and brown on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a casserole dish and add mushrooms.
- 3 Serve with baked potatoes.
- 4 Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
