Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

1 yellow pepper, sliced

1 1/2 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning

8 flour tortilla wraps, warmed

4 tablespoons sour cream
-
100 gram (4 ounce) cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions
- 1 Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onions and cook for 1 minute.
- 2 Stir in the chicken and peppers cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. If the pan becomes very dry you can always add 1 tbs of water and let it evaporate.
- 3 Sprinkle in the Schwartz Perfect Shake Fajita Herb & Spice Blend. Fry for 30 seconds.
- 4 Serve wrapped up in warm flour tortilla wraps with sour cream and grated cheese.
