Chicken marinated with Basil and Lemon

1½ teaspoon Garlic Grinder

1 tablespoons Dried Basil

¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

8 skinless chicken thighs, scored

Lemon wedges to garnish

Instructions
- 1 Combine the lemon juice with the oil, Garlic Pepper, Basil and Salt, pour over the chicken. Cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator or for best results overnight.
- 2 Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking. Cook the chicken under a pre-heated medium-heat grill for 15-20 minutes or until tender, turning frequently and brushing with any remaining marinade throughout cooking.
- 3 Serve garnished with the lemon wedges.
