A creamy orange chicken flavoured with a chicken Herb & Spice Blend.
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika & Onion Chicken Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons cornflour

  • 450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 150 millilitre (¼ pint) unsweetened orange juice

  • 150 millilitre (¼ pint) chicken stock

  • 1 tablespoons thin cut orange marmalade

  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

  • 3 tablespoons single cream

Instructions

  • 1 Mix the Chicken Seasoning with the cornflour and use to coat the chicken.
  • 2 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the coated chicken and onion for 5 minutes or until brown. Add the orange juice, chicken stock and marmalade and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3 Just before serving, stir in the Garam Masala and the cream.
  • 4 Serve on a bed of rice.
