  • For the marinade:

  • 6 tablespoons tomato ketchup

  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 teaspoon mustard powder

  • 4 teaspoon Hot Paprika

  • 2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 2 teaspoon clear honey

  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt

  • 450 gram (1 pound) chicken wings, tips removed or 8 chicken drumsticks, scored

  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Seed

Instructions

  • 1 For the marinade blend the first 7 ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
  • 2 Cook the chicken pieces under a pre-heated grill, allowing approx. 10 minutes for wings (20 minutes for drumsticks). Turn occasionally and baste with any remaining marinade throughout cooking.
  • 3 Just before the end of cooking, sprinkle with the Sesame Seeds.
