Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

1 tablespoons oil

450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 bunch spring onions, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

100 gram (4 ounce) mangetout

175 gram (6 ounce) baby corn, sliced in half

1 tablespoons Garlic Cooking Paste

1 tablespoons light soy sauce
Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes or until browned.
- 2 Add the spring onions, red pepper, mangetout and baby corn and fry for a further 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Add the Chopped Garlic and soy sauce and heat through.
