Gluten Free Chicken Fajitas

1 sachet Gluten Free Fajitas

2 tablespoons oil

450 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

1 tablespoon tomato purée

1 packet gluten free tortillas

Also delicious with pork, steak or prawns. Delicious served on a bed of corn tortilla chips, topped with grated cheese and grilled.
Instructions
- 1 Heat oil and fry chicken and onion, over a high heat, for 6-7 minutes, or until chicken is browned.
- 2 Stir in peppers, sachet contents and tomato purée and fry for a further 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Wrap in gluten free tortillas. Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole and grated cheese.
