Honey Chicken Wraps
Ingredients

1 tablespoons olive oil

450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

4 teaspoon Classic Barbecue

1 tablespoons runny honey

1 tablespoons tomato puree

4 large wheat tortillas

sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken for 10 minutes, or until browned. Add the peppers and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 2 Sprinkle the Perfect Shake Classic Barbecue Special Blend over the chicken and peppers and stir carefully. Add the honey, purée and a splash of hot water. Season lightly and cook for 5 minutes.
- 3 Heat the tortillas in the microwave oven for a few seconds until they have softened. Divide the mixture between each tortilla and roll up. Cut in half and serve.
