Chicken Indian Mild Masala

1 onion, sliced

2 tablespoons Mild Curry Powder

400 grams chopped tomatoes

200 millilitres semi-skimmed milk

450 grams chicken, boneless, skinless, diced

- 1 STEP 1: Heat the oil and gently fry the onion for 5 minutes until softened.
- 2 STEP 2: Add the Schwartz Mild Curry Powder, and cook for 2-3 minutes gently. Add the tomatoes and the milk, stir and bring to a simmer.
- 3 STEP 3: Stir in chicken, cook on high for 3 minutes then lower to a medium heat and simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.
- 4 STEP 4: Serve with rice.
