Pan Fried Chicken with Lemon and Honey
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced

  • 1 bunch spring onions, sliced

  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tablespoons honey

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoons Paprika & Onion Chicken Seasoning

  • 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken breasts for 10-15 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally. Stir in the Perfect Shake Chicken Herb & Spice Blend, pepper and spring onions and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • 2 Add the lemon zest, juice and honey and heat through. Serve with fresh salad.
