  • 1 sachet Authentic Spanish Smoked Paprika Chicken

  • 900 gram (2 pounds) chicken thighs, skinless

  • 75 gram (3 ounce) chorizo, thickly sliced

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) red onion, cut into wedges

  • 125 gram (5 ounce) red pepper, cut into chunks

  • 125 gram (5 ounce) yellow pepper, cut into chunks

  • 1 Pre-heat oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6
  • 2 Tear top of sachet and remove bag. Peel off sticker and unwrap, rest the bag on a work surface and carefully place fresh ingredients into bag. Do not increase the amount of fresh ingredients above recipe recommendation. Sprinkle over Recipe Mix, close and tie bag approximately 2cm from top using enclosed tie. Shake bag gently to coat evenly, holding the bag firmly at the base at all times
  • 3 Place bag on baking sheet, ensuring that chicken is spread out in a single layer. Pierce top surface of bag3-4 times with a knife. Cook in oven 40-45minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • 4 Carefully remove tie from bag and empty contents into a large serving bowl. Take care when opening contents as steam will be hot.
