150 millilitre (1/4 pint) olive oil

2 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder

1 teaspoon Garlic Grinder

1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Tarragon

1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil

1/4 teaspoon Oregano

8 chicken drumsticks, skinned

Instructions
- 1 Place the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Score the flesh of the chicken and pour over the marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- 2 Cook the chicken under a pre-heated grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with remaining marinade until thoroughly cooked.
- 3 Serve with a mixed salad - great for barbecues.
