150 millilitre (1/4 pint) natural yoghurt

1 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder

2 teaspoon Paprika

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Grinder

1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

Instructions
- 1 Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a bowl and mix well.
- 2 Stir in the chicken, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- 3 Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently, until the chicken is cooked and slightly charred. Great as a starter for any Indian meal or as a snack.
