Pineapple Turmeric Mocktail with Muddled Dandelion Greens

400 gram (14 ounce) fresh pineapple chunks

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

8 leaves fresh dandelion greens, well washed, trimmed and torn into 1-inch pieces

Crushed ice

500 millilitres grapefruit soda

Pineapple Turmeric Cocktail: Add 1 tablespoon Cachaça or white rum to each glass.
Instructions
- 1 Place the pineapple and the Ginger in a medium bowl. Muddle the mixture by using a rolling pin to press the pineapple until crushed. Add the Turmeric and mix well.
- 2 Divide the dandelion greens among 4 glasses. Add a ¼ of the pineapple mixture.
- 3 Pack crushed ice into each glass. Top up with grapefruit juice and serve immediately.
