Cheesy Rarebit for a Crowd

2 sachet Cheddar Cheese Sauce

600 millilitres (1 pint) milk

8 thick slices white bloomer or sourdough bread

8 slices leftover ham

120 grams (4.3 ounces) shredded old Cheddar

1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
- 1 Preheat grill to high. Prepare Cheddar Cheese Sauce according to packet directions with milk.
- 2 Meanwhile, place bread on foil-lined baking sheet. Grill for 1-2 minutes or until toasted and golden on one side.
- 3 Turn over the bread sliced and spread prepared Schwartz Cheddar Cheese Sauce on untoasted side of bread. Top with ham and shredded cheese. Sprinkle with Ground Black Pepper and Paprika. Grill for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
