  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 teaspoon Italian Herb Mix

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules

  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

  • 198 gram (7 ounce) tin sweetcorn, drained

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) cream cheese

  • 2 x 200g (7oz) tins tuna, drained

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) pasta, cooked and drained

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) butter

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) breadcrumbs

  • 3/4 tablespoons

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the Italian Herb Seasoning and Garlic Granules and fry for a further minute. Add the tomato purée, tomatoes and sweetcorn and cook gently for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese, tuna and pasta, heat through. Transfer to a serving dish.
  • 2 Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the breadcrumbs and Bacon Bits until crispy. Sprinkle over the tuna mixture.
