Fragrant Thai King Prawn Wrap

1 tablespoon oil

1 red onion, sliced

125 grams (5 ounces) baby sweetcorn, halved lengthways

75 grams (3 ounces) mangetout

1 sachet Schwartz Fragrant Thai Wrap

150 millilitres (1/4 pint) semi-skimmed milk

225 grams (8 ounces) Cooked King Prawns

1 pack of wraps

Instructions
- 1 Heat oil and fry onion, sweetcorn and mangetout for 3-4 minutes.
- 2 Combine sachet contents with the milk and add to the pan with the cooked prawns, allow to sizzle for a further 2 minutes.
- 3 Serve in warm wraps.
- 4 Load your wraps with extra flavour… Great served with Thai sweet chilli sauce, shredded lettuce and lime wedges.
