Garlic & Herb Fish Cakes

225 gram (8 ounce) mashed potato

400 gram (14 ounce) tin tuna, thoroughly drained

4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoons oil

sweet chilli dipping sauce to serve

Instructions
- 1 Mix the mashed potato, tuna, Garlic Italian Seasoning and egg yolk together. Divide the mixture into 8 and shape into patties.
- 2 Fry the fish cakes for 5-6 minutes on both sides and drain on kitchen paper.
