Ginger Honey Glazed Salmon
Salmon fillets topped with a delicious combination of orange juice, soy sauce, honey, Ginger, garlic and Rosemary, wrapped in foil and baked in the oven for a light and healthy, easy mid-week meal.
- 1 Serve with the cooked tagliatelle and sliced spring onions.
- 2 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 3 In a bowl mix the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, Ginger, Garlic Granules, Rosemary and onion together.
- 4 Place the salmon fillets in foil, top with sauce, wrap and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
