  • 450 king prawns

  • 50 millilitres vegetable oil, divided

  • 2 tablespoons Japanese 7 Spice Yakitori

  • 50 millilitres soy sauce

  • 25 millilitres lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 25 grams honey

  • 225 grams soba noodles, cooked according to package directions

  • 2 courgettes, spiralised

  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced

  • 1 fresh red or green chilli, finely sliced

Cooking tip
  1. Substitute soba noodles with rice noodles.

Instructions

  • 1 Toss the prawns, half the oil and Japanese 7 Spice Seasoning together. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan set over a medium-high heat. Cook the prawns for 3 to 4 minutes or until they turn pink.
  • 2 Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and honey. Toss the noodles, courgettes and dressing together until well coated.
  • 3 Divide the noodle mixture among 4 bowls. Top with the prawns and garnish with spring onions and chilli.
