Piri Piri Salmon Parcels

450 gram (1 pound) mange tout

4 sheets of greaseproof paper

4 tablespoons water

4 x 175 gram (6 ounce) salmon fillets

4 tablespoons lemon juice

4 teaspoon Piri Piri Seasoning

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Divide mange tout between each sheet of greaseproof paper. Pour 1 tbs of water over each serving of mange tout. Place the salmon fillet on top and brush 1 tbs of lemon juice over each fillet. Sprinkle 1 tsp of Perfect Shake Piri Piri Special Blend over each fillet.
- 3 Wrap the greaseproof paper around the fish into parcels. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
