Prawn Cocktail

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

2 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped

¼ teaspoon Celery Salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

200 gram (7 ounce) cooked prawns, defrosted if frozen

I gem lettuce, shredded

Cayenne Chilli Pepper , to sprinkle

Instructions
- 1 Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, spring onions, Celery Salt and lemon juice. Stir in the cooked prawns.
- 2 Arrange the gem lettuce leaves in individual glass bowls and pour over the prawn mixture. Sprinkle with Paprika.
