100 gram (4 ounce) cottage cheese

50 gram (2 ounce) butter, melted

2 tablespoons soured cream

1 tablespoons horseradish sauce

1 teaspoon Dried Dill

2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- 2 Transfer to a bowl and chill well until firm.
- 3 Serve with French bread or toast.
