Tandoori Spiced Mackerel

400 millilitre (14 fluid ounce) coconut cream

2 1/2 tablespoons

6 tablespoons lime juice

1 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

4 whole mackerel, gutted and cleaned

- 1 Combine the coconut cream, COOK ART Spice Blend, lime juice and Turmeric in a large bowl.
- 2 Cut 3 diagonal slits in each side of the mackerel down to the bone to allow the marinade to penetrate right into the centre.
- 3 Add the mackerel to the bowl and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinade.
- 4 Pre-heat the grill to hot and grill the mackerel for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting frequently, until browned and cooked through. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
