Avocado and Smoked Paprika Bruschetta
These avocado toasts are simple to prepare and delicious as a lunch time snack.
- 1 Toast the rye bread in a toaster, or under a pre-heated grill.
- 2 Meanwhile, take one avocado, scoop the flesh out into a bowl. Mash with a fork along with the lime juice, olive oil, Chillies, Garlic Granules and Salt and Pepper.
- 3 Take the second avocado, half, remove the stone and separate the flesh from the skin with a spoon, then cut into slices.
- 4 Top the toasted rye slices evenly with the mashed avocado, then arrange the sliced avocado over the top. Finish with a sprinkle of Smoked Paprika.
