These delicately flavoured Lamb Koftas are great served with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.
Ingredients
  • 450 gram (1 pound) minced lamb

  • 1 small red onion, finely diced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 teaspoon Lamb Seasoning

Instructions

  • 1 Place the minced lamb, red onion, lemon juice and Lamb Seasoning in a large bowl and blend together with your hands.
  • 2 Form the mixture into kofta shapes around wooden skewers.
  • 3 Cook under a pre-heated medium grill for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
  • 4 Serve with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.
