Tray Baked Lamb Steaks

4 lamb leg steaks

1 tablespoons Cumin Seeds

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 red onion, cut into wedges

400 gram (14 ounce) cherry tomatoes

100 gram (4 ounce) black olives, pitted

350 gram (12 ounce) new potatoes, sliced

75 millilitre (3 fluid ounce) white wine

1 tablespoons Oregano

2 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Coat the lamb in the Cumin and season well with Salt and Black Pepper. Heat the oil and fry the lamb for 4-5 minutes, turning half-way through, until browned.
- 3 Transfer to an ovenproof dish and add the onion, tomatoes, olives and potatoes. Pour over the wine and sprinkle with the Oregano.
- 4 Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle over the Parsley just before serving.
