Cinnamon Porridge with Berries
Ingredients

200 grams (7 ounces) oats

400 millilitres (13 fluid ounce) water

600 millilitres (1 pint) oat milk

1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

75 grams (3 ounces) blueberries or berries of choice

50 grams (2 ounces) selection of nuts, chopped

1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- 1 Place oats in a bowl, cover with the water and soak the oats for 10 minutes or ideally overnight.
- 2 Once soaked transfer to a saucepan, add the oat milk and Cinnamon, heat through and continually stir for 5 minutes until hot and the mixture starts to thicken.
- 3 Serve with the berries, chopped nuts and drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle with more Cinnamon, if desired.
