Enjoy a tasty start to the day with this delicious muesli, combining oats with almonds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, sultanas and dried apricots, lightly spiced with a hint of Cinnamon.
  • 350 gram (12 ounce) porridge oats

  • 75 gram (3 ounce) flaked almonds

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) sunflower seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

  • 75 gram (3 ounce) dried cranberries

  • 75 gram (3 ounce) sultanas

  • 75 gram (3 ounce) dried apricots, diced

  • 1 Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
  • 2 Place the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and Cinnamon on a large baking tray and toast in the oven for 10 minutes, shaking the tray half-way through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  • 3 Toss the cranberries, sultanas and apricots into the toasted oat mixture.
  • 4 Serve with skimmed milk.
