Prawn Pasta with Crème Fraiche
Ingredients

1 tablespoons olive oil

250 gram (9 ounce) cherry tomatoes

4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

225 millilitre (8 fluid ounce) half-fat crème fraîche

450 gram (1 pound) cooked prawns, defrosted if frozen

450 gram (1 pound) fresh linguini or spaghetti, cooked and drained

1 bag rocket leaves

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil and fry the tomatoes gently for 5-6 minutes, until softened.
- 2 Stir in the cooked pasta and heat through.
- 3 Add the Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and cook for 30 seconds to release the aromatic flavours. Stir in the crème fraîche and prawns, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- 4 Toss through the rocket leaves and serve immediately.
