Spaghetti Carbonara is really simple to make using this delicious sauce mix including cream and herbs. Simply mix with milk, add fried bacon and mushrooms, and stir through spaghetti for a really quick and tasty dinner for all the family to enjoy.

225 gram (8 ounce) bacon, chopped

50 gram (2 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

1 sachet Spaghetti Carbonara Mix

450 millilitre (¾ pint) milk

275 gram (10 ounce) spaghetti, cooked and drained

Instructions
- 1 Fry the bacon until crispy. Add the mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- 2 Blend the packet contents into the milk. Add the bacon and mushrooms and bring to the boil, stirring.
- 3 Add the spaghetti to the sauce and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Delicious served with a mixed green salad.
