Pasta Salad
Ingredients

225 gram (8 ounce) pasta shapes

100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped

1 each red and green pepper, cut into strips

150 millilitre (¼ pint) olive oil

3 tablespoons wine vinegar

1 tablespoons tomato purée
-
1 teaspoon Sesame Seed

2 teaspoon Herbes de Provence

2 teaspoon Season-All

Instructions
- 1 Cook the pasta shapes in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and allow to cool completely. When cold, stir in the prepared vegetables.
- 2 Place oil, vinegar, tomato purée, Sesame Seeds, Herbes de Provenece and Perfect Shake Season-All Special Blend in a large screw-topped jar and shake vigorously until thoroughly combined. Pour over the pasta mixture and stir well until all ingredients are coated with the dressing.
- 3 Chill before serving
