Tomato & Chorizo Pasta
Ingredients

1 tablespoons oil

1 onion, chopped

1 red pepper, diced

1 tablespoons Paprika

100 gram (4 ounce) chorizo, sliced

400 gram tin chopped tomatoes

200 gram (7 ounce) pasta, cooked and drained

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil, fry the onion and pepper for 6-7 minutes until softened. Add the Paprika and cook for a further minute.
- 2 Stir in the chorizo and chopped tomatoes, simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- 3 Stir in the cooked pasta, season to taste and serve.
