Chinese 5 Spice Pork Stir Fry

400 gram (14 ounce) pork loin steaks, cut into strips

1 onion, thickly sliced

1 red pepper, cut into chunks

1 green pepper, cut into chunks

1 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

250 gram (9 ounce) easy cook long-grain rice

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan and stir fry the pork and onion for 4-5 minutes.
- 2 Add the peppers, Chinese 5 Spice and soy sauce and stir fry for a further 3 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.

- 4 Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
- 5 Serve the rice immediately in large bowls, topped with the pork stir fry.
