Creamy Pork & Mushrooms

1 tablespoons oil

450 gram (1 pound) lean pork, sliced

1 onion, chopped

225 gram (8 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

1 sachet Creamy Pork and Mushroom Recipe Mix

275 millilitre (9 fluid ounce) semi-skimmed milk

2 tablespoons single cream

Instructions
- 1 Heat oil, fry pork and onion for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
- 2 Mix sachet contents with milk and add to pan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- 3 Stir in single cream.
- 4 Serve with creamy mashed potato.
