Instructions
- 1 For the sauce, combine oil, syrup, Worcestershire sauce and Season-All Seasoning in a small bowl. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- 2 Meanwhile, drain the apricots. Discard the juice and reserve 8 of the apricot halves. Finely chop the remaining apricots and stir into the sauce mixture.
- 3 Snip edges of the gammon slices and place onto a foil lined grill pan. Using approx.half the sauce, spread spoonfuls onto each steak. Cook under grill for approx. 10 minutes. Turn and cover steaks with remaining sauce. Cook for a further 10 minutes, or until meat is tender.
- 4 Two minutes before end of cooking time place two apricot halves onto each steak and cover with a little of the cooking juice caught in the foil on the grill pan. Spoon any remaining juice over steaks when serving.
- 5 For an extra spicy heat, use 1 tsp Spicy Season-All Seasoning to replace the Season-All Seasoning.
