  • 1 tablespoons honey

  • 1 red pepper, cut into large diagonal pieces

  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

  • 450 gram (1 pound) savoy cabbage, shredded

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice

  • ½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes

  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée

  • 450 gram (1 pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed

Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the grill to a high-heat. Meanwhile, mix together the Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Special Blend, Crushed Chillies, tomato purée, honey, soy sauce and lime juice.
  • 2 Place the pork tenderloin and peppers onto a foiled grill rack. Cook for 10 minutes, turning half-way through.
  • 3 Brush the sauce over the pork and grill on a medium-heat for a further 10 minutes.
  • 4 Meanwhile, stir fry the cabbage in a little oil for 5 minutes. Toss in the cooked peppers from the grill and spoon the cabbage mixture onto plates. Slice the pork and serve over the vegetables.
