Grilled Sweet and Sour Pork

1 tablespoons honey

1 red pepper, cut into large diagonal pieces

3 tablespoons lime juice

450 gram (1 pound) savoy cabbage, shredded

4 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice

½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes

2 tablespoons tomato purée

450 gram (1 pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the grill to a high-heat. Meanwhile, mix together the Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Special Blend, Crushed Chillies, tomato purée, honey, soy sauce and lime juice.
- 2 Place the pork tenderloin and peppers onto a foiled grill rack. Cook for 10 minutes, turning half-way through.
- 3 Brush the sauce over the pork and grill on a medium-heat for a further 10 minutes.
- 4 Meanwhile, stir fry the cabbage in a little oil for 5 minutes. Toss in the cooked peppers from the grill and spoon the cabbage mixture onto plates. Slice the pork and serve over the vegetables.
